Hello Kitty is moving to the most populous country in the world, China. By 2014, there will be a new Hello Kitty Theme Park in Anji, China. ^_^

The Japanese company behind Hello Kitty has agreed with the Dutch creator of bunny character Miffy to end a copyright row and instead donate legal costs to victims of the March quake and tsunami.

On 11th March 2011, a massive 8.9 magnitude earthquake hit the Pacific Ocean nearby Northeastern Japan at around 2:46pm (Japan Time) causing damage with blackouts, fire and tsunami. Our prayers and thoughts continue to go out to family, friends, and coworkers affected by the earthquake and tsunami.

New Hello Kitty park features multilingual theater

An indoor theme park dedicated to Hello Kitty, Sanrio Co’s popular cat character, opened in Tokyo on Friday with many tourist-friendly spots, including a multilingual planetarium-like theater.
