There are tons of Hello Kitty iPhone Apps out there. The latest is the Hello Kitty on Tappit, which is a Twitter client app based on Hello Kitty design.

As per iTunes App Store:

"Hello Kitty on Tappit" makes using Twitter extra fun with its design
featuring the much-beloved Hello Kitty. A major feature of this
Twitter client is the capabilty of adding official Sanrio Hello Kitty
decoration images to tweets. When viewed from any Tappit
client the "deco-images" are displayed inline along with
the tweet text. Users of other 3rd party Twitter clients or the Twitter website will be able to view the deco-images by clicking the embedded links. Forty different deco-images are included in the application so you can choose whatever matches your mood. The look and feel of the interface can also be customized by choosing between three different professionally designed Hello Kitty skins.

Hello Kitty on Tappit requires a Twitter user account which can be
created for free via twitter.com.
