^_^ … must admin this, it took me sometime to figure out one of the quest given by Peter Davies in Florapolis.  The quest was called “Good Deeds and Seeds” where if you complete it, you will get what I call the starter kit for your farming desires! (he heh heh).  In this quest, you have to visit Purin’s Papa and he isn’t on the map of NPC (I guess it’s Non-Playing Characters).  He is in Purin’s Coffee Shop!

The coffee shop is located behind Peter Davies and you can walk through the flower garden.  (Note, it is not at Purin’s House, which is slightly north of the coffee shop). The coffee shop is indicated in the red circle in the area map view.

The picture above shows what the coffee shop looks like,  enter via the arrow and you will find Purin’s Papa and Purin’s Mama in the coffee shop.
