Part of Hello Kitty’s 35th anniversary, Sanrio, the official company of Hello Kitty’s merchandise has released several interesting products for this occasion. The latest product is the Koshu Inden (甲州印伝) Hello Kitty premium purse collections.
According to history, Inden, or deerskin craftwork, dates back to the Edo period (1603-1868) when it first arrived from India. Inden became a trade and was passed down through generations in Kofu, the capital of Yamanashi Prefecture. Koshu Inden is renowned for its high-quality handbags, purses and fabrics.
